How soon can I expect my order?

After ordering, a unit will take 14-28 business days to be completed.

Will my wig be customized?

All TBL units are machine-sewn, customized, and styled to the customer's preference.

How do I place an order?

All orders can be placed here on our TBL website.

Do you offer pickup?

TBL currently does not offer pickup. All orders must be placed online and shipped.

Do you offer wig installs?

Unfortunately, wig installs are not offered at TBL right now. Follow us on Instagram to stay updated!

What is your refund policy?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL, with the exception of mistakes made on behalf of Thee Brook Look. In the event a mistake has been made, all necessary steps will be taken to rectify the situaion and accomodate the consumer. All order discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of the order being delivered. The wig must be in its orginal condition with excess lace still intact. Feel free to shoot us an email with your order number and a brief summary of any problem.

What is your order processing policy?

At the moment, all wigs are PRE-ORDER. Once an order is placess, the process begins. From start to finish, a customer can expect their order to be finished and shipped within 14-28 business days.

What is your shipping policy?

All wig orders come with free shipping.

What is your exchange policy?

TBL does not accept exchanges for any purchases.

What type of hair do you offer?

Our units are constructed with luxury extensions sourced from Southeast Asia.

Can I provide my own hair to be made into a wig?

Unfortunately, we do not offer this service at the moment, as we cannot guarantee or warrant units constructed with hair other than TBL extensions.

Do you offer wash & style services for wigs purchased from TBL?

We offer wash & style services for TBL units only. We also offer construction touch-ups for normal wear and tear.

Do you offer custom coloring?

We do not currently offer this service. Stay updated via our IG!

What do you recommend for beginners?

For beginners, closures make a great option for a first wig. Closures can be worn completely glueless (without any additional product) with an elastic band. In an effort to provide first-time wig wearers with more information, we have written a WIG 101 article that discusses tips and tricks for wigs.

Do TBL units have to be professionally installed?

TBL units do not have to be professionally installed. TBL units will be shipped after construction and styling. Customers will be responsible for cutting their own lace, however there are plenty of tutorials available for assistance.
